How do I become an EROL Reseller? Give us a call on

What do I get as an EROL Reseller? As part of the
Reseller Package we will train you on EROL, and provide you with your first EROL product -
EROL Startup 25 Edition - either for your own store or for your first client. We will then support you under your
Reseller Cover Plan while you are building, deploying and managing your stores on an ongoing basis. You will also receive any product marketing information that you require, access to trial versions, etc -
as well as a 20% discount on all purchases. EROL Reseller Package Summary Do I have to attend the EROL Training Course? To become an accredited Reseller, training is compulsory. Attending an
EROL Training Course means you can be confident in your knowledge of our product range when selling to your clients.
Why is it a requirement to attend the EROL Training Course? It's important in providing and maintaining a high-level of service to potential customers. If a potential client called you and asked 'what's in the latest version?' and you can't tell them, then this adds no value to the end-user, and doesn't give a good impression of your organisation or indeed of EROL.
How long after signing up as an EROL Reseller can I attend the training? On signing up you can book on to any of the 3 following available Training course dates.
Can I use my accreditation once I have signed up as an EROL Reseller? You will not be listed as an accredited EROL Reseller, and will not be provided with any official branding until you have completed the training.
Can I upgrade my EROL Startup25 Edition provided with the package? Yes - you can upgrade to any of the other EROL editions, and you can use your Reseller discount to do this.
When can I use my discount? You can use your discount from the day that you sign up as a Reseller and any subsequent orders will be processed at your Reseller-rate.
Do I get Technical Support? Yes, your EROL Reseller Cover plan provides you with full Technical Support via both phone and the 'fast-track'
EROL Helpdesk.
Do I get software updates and patches? All EROL customers including Reselllers are entitled to 'in-version' updates free of charge (eg: -EROL 4.0 - EROL4.5). Patch updates are provided free via the EROL Store Manager - part of the EROL interface that manages your online-stores. Under your EROL Cover Plan you will also get any major upgrades that are released for your own version of the software.
Are my customers covered for support if I have a EROL Cover Plan? No. We will provide support to you, but your customers will need their own EROL Cover Plan if they require any direct-support.
Can we use EROL logo's and graphics on our website? Yes - this is actively encouraged, and we send you a full 'EROL graphics-pack' when you have completed your
Reseller Training Course. Compulsory to become an
EROL Solution Provider .
Can I have an EROL Demo Store on my site? Yes. We even provide you with the full demo-store in your
EROL Startup 25 Edition that you can either publish to your site -0or change to reflect your own corporate branding. Or, you could use your Startup25 edition to create an EROL store for your site selling your own products and services as well as EROL, for example
Do you provide marketing literature / product 'spec' sheets, etc Yes. These are available on request. All EROL product specs, marketing literature is also provided to you on a CD when you become a Reseller. These are provided in both word and PDF format so that if you wish you can add your own Reseller-branding before giving them to your customers.
Can you provide a trial version of EROL for my customers? Yes - we can provide you with any number of EROL CD Trial Editions if you are attending a trade-show or are running a marketing campaign, for example. The EROL 5 Business Edition trial version is also available for anyone to download from the EROL website homepage.
