EROL e-commerce software comes with 30 days of telephone support (for technical enquiries only). Your 30 days telephone support becomes active from the moment you purchase the software.
After the 30 days have expired, if you wish to speak to our technical support team on the telephone you will need to purchase an EROL Cover Plan.
